These Terms govern access to edument.app and paid use of Edument OS. By using the site or creating a tenant, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your institution where applicable.

The service

Edument OS is a multi-tenant school operations platform. Features available depend on your plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) and any written order form.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You must provide accurate registration and billing information.
• You are responsible for user access within your tenant and for safeguarding credentials.
• Do not probe, disrupt, or misuse the service, or upload unlawful or infringing content.

School data

Your institution owns its operational data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service, including backups, security, and support.

Plans, billing, and trials

Fees are as published on the pricing page or agreed in writing. Annual billing options may include a discount versus monthly. Trials may be limited in duration, seats, or modules. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice.

Availability and changes

We aim for dependable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features with reasonable notice for material reductions to paid capabilities.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited (including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
