Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to edument.app and paid use of Edument OS. The service is provided by AzAd Solutions (trading as Edument OS), with principal place of business at 35-G Shama Plaza, 72-Ferozpur Road, Lahore, 54600 Punjab, Pakistan (“AzAd Solutions”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or creating a tenant, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your institution where applicable.
Acceptance
By accessing edument.app, creating an account, or continuing to use Edument OS, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Edument OS is a multi-tenant school operations platform. Features available depend on your plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) and any written order form.
Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration and billing information and safeguard credentials for users in your tenant.
You must not misuse the service, including:
- unlawful use or storage of content;
- fraud, spam, or deceptive practices;
- infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights;
- security interference such as malware, probing, scraping, or unauthorized access.
School data
Your institution owns its operational data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service, including backups, security, and support.
Intellectual property
AzAd Solutions and its licensors retain all rights in Edument OS, including software, documentation, branding, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our IP to you.
Plans, billing, and payments
Fees are as published on the pricing page or agreed in writing. Annual billing options may include a discount versus monthly. Trials may be limited in duration, seats, or modules.
Paddle is the merchant of record for self-serve purchases of Edument OS subscriptions. Payment processing, invoicing, tax calculation, and related buyer checkout terms are handled by Paddle. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for:
- material breach of these Terms;
- non-payment;
- security or fraud risk; or
- repeated or serious policy violations.
Unpaid accounts may be suspended after notice. You may stop using the service at any time; subscription cancellations follow the channels described in the Refund Policy and Paddle buyer terms.
Availability and changes
We aim for dependable service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may update features with reasonable notice for material reductions to paid capabilities.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim, except where liability cannot be limited (including fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
