Privacy Policy

Edument OS (“we”, “us”) provides school management software delivered as a cloud service. This policy explains what we collect on edument.app and related product surfaces, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account and tenant data — school profile, users, roles, and operational records you enter into the product.
• Marketing leads — name, work email, institution, and message details submitted via demo or contact forms.
• Technical logs — limited request metadata and diagnostics needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

• To provide, secure, and improve Edument OS.
• To respond to demo and contact requests.
• To send service-related notices (billing, security, material product changes).

Hosting and processors

Edument OS is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with subprocessors used solely to operate and secure the service. We design tenant data separation so each school’s operational data lives in an isolated tenant environment. A current list of subprocessors is available on request at privacy@edument.app.

GDPR-ready posture

For institutions subject to GDPR or similar laws, we support GDPR-ready workflows: role-based access, tenant isolation, and export/backup paths. Schools remain controllers of their student and staff records; Edument OS acts as a processor for product-hosted personal data as described in your subscription agreement.

Retention

Marketing leads are retained while useful for follow-up and compliance, then deleted or anonymized. Tenant data is retained for the life of the subscription and any contractually required wind-down period.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal data we hold about you. Contact privacy@edument.app or info@edument.app.
