Provision your school
Create a secure tenant, invite leadership roles, and set campus structure — including multi-campus workspace and virtual or hybrid campuses on Enterprise.
Week-one goal: a working admin login, named campuses, and role invites for principal, finance, and registrar. No six-month circus — just a clean tenant you can show leadership.

Import people & academics
Bring in students, classes, and staff — then turn on attendance, fees, exams, and connect integrations (WhatsApp, Mailflow, Classroom, Moodle, Workspace SSO).
Start with a cleaned student/guardian CSV. Validate fee balances offline before collection cutover. Connect Google Workspace SSO on Professional or Enterprise once staff accounts exist.

Operate day to day
Run attendance, fees, alerts, exams, and parent updates from one OS — parent and student portals, admissions embeds on plan limits, backups, and access controls.
Online exams and LMS are Enterprise. Chat and CMS are Enterprise early access. WhatsApp fee notices require Professional or Enterprise. See /pricing for the honest matrix.
A sensible first fortnight
Example sequence — adjust to your academic calendar.
- Days 1–2: Trial signup, campus names, admin roles, security review of /security.
- Days 3–5: Import students and staff; spot-check guardians and WhatsApp numbers.
- Days 6–8: Configure fee structures; pilot invoices for one class.
- Days 9–11: Attendance and one exam cycle in parallel with your old system.
- Days 12–14: Parent portal invite pilot; decide cutover date with finance.

How long does go-live usually take?
Most schools can provision and import a pilot campus in days, not months. Full fee cutover should follow a short parallel run — see /migration.
Should I request a walkthrough or start a trial?

What is gated by plan?
WhatsApp fee notices and most integrations need Professional+. LMS/online exams, virtual campuses, and chat/CMS early access need Enterprise. Details on /pricing.
