Edument OS vs Google Classroom
Classroom is excellent for teaching workflows — it is not a school SIS or fee system.
Schools mistakenly treating Classroom as an SIS, or evaluating Classroom + Edument together.
| Feature | Edument OS | Classroom |
|---|---|---|
| Assignments | LMS/online exams on Enterprise | Core strength |
| Fees & invoices | Yes | No |
| Admissions pipeline | Yes | No |

Where Edument OS wins
- Authoritative student/guardian records
- Fees, invoices, and collection reports
- Attendance, exams, admissions, HR
- WhatsApp fee notices (Pro+)
Where Classroom may win
- Best-in-class assignment and classroom collaboration
- Familiar to teachers already on Google Workspace
- Free for many education Workspace customers
Migration notes
Keep Classroom for teaching. Connect roster sync on Professional/Enterprise and make Edument the SIS of record.
